CSV Export

Export a clean, customizable CSV for reporting, reconciliation, or bulk editing in spreadsheets.

Accessing CSV Export

Go to Inventory → Exporting Inventory → CSV Export (or via the export options in the View Inventory screen).

Step-by-Step Export

  1. Optionally filter the inventory (game, set, condition, location, etc.) to export a subset.
  2. Click Export CSV and choose the scope: entire inventory, filtered results, or selected rows.
  3. Select which columns to include and their order.
  4. Choose a saved template (Standard, Pricing, custom) or configure columns manually.
  5. Generate the export. For large inventories, the job may run in the background and send an email when ready.
  6. Download the CSV file.

Column Options

Choose from common fields:

  • Identification: productId, skuId, Product Name, Set, Collector Number, Game.
  • Inventory: Quantity, Reserved, Location, Remarks.
  • Pricing: Cost, Price, Last Reprice Date.
  • Variant: Condition, Language, Printing Type.
  • Metadata: Platform sync status, Manual override, Staff, Last Modified.

Saving Templates

  1. Configure columns and order to match your desired output.
  2. Click Save as Template and name it (e.g., "Accounting", "Shopify Upload").
  3. Templates appear in the dropdown for future exports.
  4. Share templates with your team or keep them personal.

Excel Export

You can also export to Excel format for use in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. The same column selection and templates apply.
