Overview

Email Export lets you add recipient email addresses and schedule recurring inventory exports. Recipients receive CSV or Excel attachments at the chosen frequency.

Creating a Scheduled Export

1. Open Inventory → Export → Email Export (or Exporting Inventory → Email Export).
2. Click Create Schedule or Add Schedule.
3. Choose the dataset: full inventory, filtered view, or saved search.
4. Select frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom.
5. Add recipient email addresses (comma-separated for multiple).
6. Select the column template (same options as CSV Export).
7. Save the schedule.

Email Contents

• Attachment: CSV or Excel file using your selected column template.
• Summary: High-level stats (total SKUs, units, last sync timestamp).
• Links: Quick access to the filtered view or Location Summary in SortSwift (if applicable).

Managing Schedules

1. View the list of schedules and their status (active, paused).
2. Pause, resume, or delete schedules as needed.
3. Use Send Now to trigger an immediate export outside the regular schedule.
4. View delivery history to confirm emails were sent.
5. Duplicate schedules for other teams without rebuilding filters from scratch.
