Preparing the Export

1. Filter inventory to the collection you want to publish (game, set, or tag).
2. Confirm each item has Shopify sync enabled and a primary image.
3. Open Export → Shopify Catalog and choose New Products or Update Existing.

Included Fields

• Product: Title, Description template, Vendor, Product Type, Tags, Collections.
• Variant: SKU, Barcode, Option values (Condition, Language, Printing), Price, Compare-at Price, Inventory Policy.
• Images: Primary and secondary image URLs, plus alt text generated from card details.
• Metafields: Game, Set Code, Collector Number, TCGplayer ID if your Shopify theme leverages them.

Uploading to Shopify

1. Download the CSV and upload it via Shopify Admin → Products → Import.
2. Preview the import. Shopify highlights any missing required columns before committing.
3. Complete the import. Shopify emails a status report once processing finishes.
4. If items already exist, use the Update Existing Products with the Same Handle checkbox to refresh pricing and inventory.
