Balance Inquiries & Syncing
Check customer balances and sync with Shopify.
- Customer Search: Search customers by name or email to view balance
- Balance Display: Current store credit balance shown on customer profile
- Shopify Balance Fetch: System can fetch live balance from Shopify Store Credit Account
- Bulk Balance Sync: Sync balances for multiple customers at once
- Manual Sync: Manually resync individual customer balance from Shopify
- Balance History: View complete transaction history with dates, amounts, and notes
- Discrepancy Detection: System detects and alerts if local and Shopify balances differ
