Connecting CardTrader

Link CardTrader once, then control listings, pricing, and stock from SortSwift.

Connection Steps

  1. Visit Settings → Integrations → CardTrader.
  2. Enter your CardTrader username and warehouse name (exactly as used on CardTrader).
  3. Paste the JWT token generated inside your CardTrader account (see next article for instructions).
  4. Click Connect. SortSwift validates the token and confirms the connection.

Warehouse Mapping

Choose which SortSwift locations correspond to your CardTrader warehouse. This ensures inventory pushes pull quantities from the right shelf and keeps stock aligned across platforms.

  • Select a SortSwift location (e.g., Online Warehouse).
  • Assign it to the CardTrader warehouse you sell from.
  • Save. You can map multiple SortSwift locations if you operate region-specific warehouses.

Verifying the Connection

  • Check the status card. It should show Connected with the date/time of the last handshake.
  • Run a Test Listing (dummy product) if you want to confirm API access before pushing real stock.
  • Monitor the first sync job in the activity feed to ensure listings are being created.
