Disconnecting CardTrader

Temporarily pause sync or remove the integration completely.

Pausing vs Disconnecting

  • Pause Sync: Keeps the integration connected but stops pushes and automatic updates.
  • Disconnect: Removes the API token and disables all automation until you reconnect.

Disconnect Steps

  1. Go to Integrations → CardTrader.
  2. Click Disconnect and confirm the action.
  3. Optional: Revoke the JWT token inside CardTrader for extra security.

After Disconnecting

  • Existing CardTrader listings stay live but will no longer update from SortSwift.
  • Sales on CardTrader will not deduct inventory automatically—track them manually.
  • You can reconnect at any time by entering a new JWT token.
