Disconnecting CardTrader
Temporarily pause sync or remove the integration completely.
Pausing vs Disconnecting
- Pause Sync: Keeps the integration connected but stops pushes and automatic updates.
- Disconnect: Removes the API token and disables all automation until you reconnect.
Disconnect Steps
- Go to Integrations → CardTrader.
- Click Disconnect and confirm the action.
- Optional: Revoke the JWT token inside CardTrader for extra security.
After Disconnecting
- Existing CardTrader listings stay live but will no longer update from SortSwift.
- Sales on CardTrader will not deduct inventory automatically—track them manually.
- You can reconnect at any time by entering a new JWT token.
