Testing the Connection

Confirm everything is configured correctly before syncing thousands of listings.

Health Check Tool

  1. Open Integrations → CardTrader → Test Connection.
  2. Click Run Test. SortSwift pings CardTrader using your JWT token.
  3. Review the results: authentication, warehouse mapping, and webhook status.

Test Listing Push

  1. Select a low-value test product in SortSwift.
  2. Push it to CardTrader and wait for the queue status to reach Success.
  3. Verify the listing appears on CardTrader and has the correct price and quantity.
  4. Remove or archive the test listing afterward.

Reviewing Logs

  • Activity Feed: Shows each API call with timestamp and status.
  • Error Log: Filters entries by test product so you can address issues quickly.
  • Webhook Log: Ensures CardTrader’s callbacks are reaching SortSwift.
