CardTrader Webhooks
Webhooks keep SortSwift and CardTrader aligned without manual intervention.
Events We Listen For
- Order Sold: Deducts quantity in SortSwift and marks the listing as sold.
- Listing Updated: Captures price changes made directly on CardTrader.
- Listing Removed: Disables sync for the item in SortSwift to prevent re-listing.
Configuration
SortSwift registers the webhook URLs automatically when you connect your CardTrader account. No additional setup is required. You can review the active endpoints inside CardTrader under API Access → Webhooks.
Troubleshooting Webhook Delivery
- Open the Webhook Log in SortSwift to review recent events and responses.
- If deliveries are failing, check whether your CardTrader token is still valid.
- Resend events from CardTrader’s dashboard if you need to re-sync an order.
- Contact support with the webhook ID if the event appears stuck or incomplete.
