Events We Listen For

• Order Sold: Deducts quantity in SortSwift and marks the listing as sold.
• Listing Updated: Captures price changes made directly on CardTrader.
• Listing Removed: Disables sync for the item in SortSwift to prevent re-listing.

Configuration

SortSwift registers the webhook URLs automatically when you connect your CardTrader account. No additional setup is required. You can review the active endpoints inside CardTrader under API Access → Webhooks.

Troubleshooting Webhook Delivery

1. Open the Webhook Log in SortSwift to review recent events and responses.
2. If deliveries are failing, check whether your CardTrader token is still valid.
3. Resend events from CardTrader’s dashboard if you need to re-sync an order.
4. Contact support with the webhook ID if the event appears stuck or incomplete.
