Pushing Inventory to eBay
Push inventory listings to eBay, configure templates, and manage listings.
Overview
Push your SortSwift inventory to eBay as listings:
- Create Listings: New inventory becomes eBay listings
- Update Existing: Update quantities and prices
- Listing Templates: Use templates for consistent listings
- Batch Operations: Push multiple items at once
Push Process
To push inventory to eBay:
- Select items from inventory
- Click "Push to eBay"
- Choose listing format (Fixed Price or Auction)
- Set duration and quantity
- Configure shipping options
- Preview listings
- Confirm push
- Listings are created on eBay
Listing Templates
Create reusable listing templates:
- Description Templates: Standard product descriptions
- Shipping Templates: Pre-configured shipping options
- Return Policy: Set return policy preferences
- Category Mapping: Map products to eBay categories
Managing Listings
Update and manage your eBay listings:
- Update Quantities: Sync stock levels automatically
- Update Prices: Adjust pricing across listings
- End Listings: Remove out-of-stock items
