Getting Started

Access Shopify integration, understand subscription requirements, and navigate the integration interface.


Accessing Shopify Integration

To access the Shopify integration:

  1. Navigate to /integrations in your SortSwift account
  2. Click on the "Shopify" tab
  3. The integration interface will display your connection status
  4. If not connected, you'll see connection form fields
  5. If connected, you'll see current settings and sync options

Subscription Requirements

Shopify integration requires one of the following subscriptions:

  • Core Bundle: Includes Shopify integration
  • Core Plus Bundle: Includes Shopify integration
  • Core Max Bundle: Includes Shopify integration
  • Shopify-Specific Subscription: Standalone Shopify subscription packages

If you don't have the required subscription, the Shopify tab may be disabled or hidden.

Integration Interface Overview

The Shopify integration interface includes:

  • Connection Status: Shows if Shopify is connected
  • Store Information: Displays connected store name
  • Connection Form: Fields for store name, access token, webhook secret
  • Advanced Settings: Location mode, currency, sync options
  • Sync Actions: Push inventory, resync, update products
  • Pricing Integration: Separate Shopify store for pricing
  • Speed Boosters: Configure API rate limit boosters

What You'll Need

Before connecting Shopify, gather the following information:

  • Shopify Store Name: Your store's myshopify.com domain (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com)
  • Access Token: Admin API access token from your Shopify private app
  • Webhook Secret: API secret key from your Shopify app
  • Store Currency: Currency code for your store (default: USD)
  • Location ID: (Optional) If using advanced location mode, the Shopify location ID
