Configure how your inventory syncs with Shopify including sync frequency, pricing, and stock management.
Accessing Sync Settings
Navigate to your Shopify sync settings:
- Go to Integrations page
- Find your connected Shopify store
- Click "Settings" or "Configure"
- Navigate to "Sync Settings" tab
Auto-Sync Configuration
Configure automatic synchronization:
- Enable Auto-Sync: Turn automatic synchronization on or off
- Sync Frequency: Choose how often to sync (every hour, every 6 hours, daily)
- Sync Time: Set preferred time for daily syncs
- Real-Time Updates: Option for immediate updates on inventory changes
What to Sync
Choose which data syncs to Shopify:
- Quantities: Sync stock quantities
- Prices: Sync product prices
- Product Details: Sync titles, descriptions, and metadata
- Images: Sync product images
- Variants: Sync product variants and options
- Collections: Auto-assign to Shopify collections
Price Sync Settings
Control how prices sync to Shopify:
- Price Source: Choose which price field to use
- Price Adjustments: Apply percentage markup or markdown
- Compare-At Price: Option to set compare-at prices
- Tax Settings: Configure tax-inclusive or exclusive pricing
- Currency: Set pricing currency
Inventory Sync Settings
Configure inventory synchronization:
- Stock Policy: Continue selling when out of stock or stop
- Track Quantity: Enable Shopify inventory tracking
- Reserved Stock: Option to hold back a quantity buffer
- Zero Stock Handling: Hide or show out-of-stock items
Sync Filters
Control which items sync to Shopify:
- Game Filter: Sync only specific games/categories
- Condition Filter: Sync only certain card conditions
- Minimum Quantity: Only sync items with stock above threshold
- Minimum Price: Only sync items above a certain price
- Location Filter: Sync only from specific locations

Handle conflicts between SortSwift and Shopify:
