How Inventory Syncs to Platforms
SortSwift acts as the hub for all channel activity. Once items are in inventory, you control how and when they publish to each marketplace.
Sync Workflow Overview
- Add or import items into staging.
- Approve items into inventory and set pricing.
- Push items to your connected channels manually or with AutoSync.
- SortSwift listens for sales or updates and syncs quantities back automatically.
Channel-Specific Settings
- Shopify: Control handles, metafields, publish status, and inventory locations.
- CardTrader: Use markup rules and warehouse mapping for European marketplace sales.
- ManaPool: Configure currency conversion and marketplace filters.
- Future Channels: New integrations follow the same approve → publish → sync-feedback loop.
