Enabling AutoSync

1. Navigate to Inventory → Platform Sync → AutoSync.
2. Select the platforms you want to sync automatically.
3. Pick a schedule (hourly, every 4 hours, nightly) and choose the time window.
4. Save your configuration. SortSwift begins syncing on the next schedule run.

Sync Rules

• New Inventory: Automatically pushes items added via staging, CSV, or buylist.
• Price Changes: Re-sends listings when price or cost changes.
• Stock Changes: Updates quantities after sales, adjustments, or transfers.
• Exclusions: Skip items with “Sync Disabled” or tagged as no-autosync.

Monitoring AutoSync Jobs

• Review the job history table to see start/end times and the number of listings processed.
• Click a job to view detailed logs and any errors encountered.
• Pause AutoSync temporarily if you’re doing bulk edits you don’t want published yet.
• Resume when ready—AutoSync picks up where it left off.
