AutoSync Configuration
Automatically push new inventory and price updates to your connected marketplaces.
Enabling AutoSync
- Navigate to Inventory → Platform Sync → AutoSync.
- Select the platforms you want to sync automatically.
- Pick a schedule (hourly, every 4 hours, nightly) and choose the time window.
- Save your configuration. SortSwift begins syncing on the next schedule run.
Sync Rules
- New Inventory: Automatically pushes items added via staging, CSV, or buylist.
- Price Changes: Re-sends listings when price or cost changes.
- Stock Changes: Updates quantities after sales, adjustments, or transfers.
- Exclusions: Skip items with “Sync Disabled” or tagged as
no-autosync.
Monitoring AutoSync Jobs
- Review the job history table to see start/end times and the number of listings processed.
- Click a job to view detailed logs and any errors encountered.
- Pause AutoSync temporarily if you’re doing bulk edits you don’t want published yet.
- Resume when ready—AutoSync picks up where it left off.
