Shopify Synchronization

Publish inventory to Shopify with accurate stock counts, pricing, and metafields tailored for collectibles.

Prerequisites

  • Shopify store connected in Integrations → Shopify.
  • At least one Shopify location mapped to a SortSwift warehouse.
  • Sync rules defined (handles, price rounding, tax settings).
  • Primary image assigned to each product you plan to sync.

Pushing Inventory

  1. Select items in SortSwift Inventory and click Push to Shopify.
  2. Choose push mode: Create as New Product or Link to Existing SKU.
  3. Review pricing and inventory levels before sending.
  4. Submit the push. SortSwift queues the update and Shopify listings appear within a few minutes.

Listing Management

  • Pricing: Update pricing in SortSwift; synced listings update automatically.
  • Inventory: Shopify inventory is treated as read-only—SortSwift remains the source of truth.
  • Metafields: Card-specific data is injected into metafields for themes and search filters.
  • Unpublishing: Archive in Shopify or disable sync in SortSwift to pull listings down.
