Checkout Process
Complete the sale from cart review to order completion.
- Review Cart: Verify all items, quantities, and prices are correct
- Select Customer (Optional): Link sale to customer for purchase history and store credit
- Apply Store Credit: If customer has store credit, apply it to reduce total (see Store Credit documentation)
- Calculate Totals: System automatically calculates subtotal, tax (if applicable), discounts, and final total
- Select Payment Method: Choose payment method(s) - Cash, Card, E-Transfer, Store Credit, or Split Payment
- Process Payment: Enter payment amount(s) and complete transaction
- Complete Order: System creates order, deducts inventory, processes payment, and updates customer records
