Card Payments (Stripe Terminal)

Accept credit and debit cards with Stripe Terminal integration.

  1. Select "Card" as payment method
  2. Ensure Stripe Terminal reader is connected and ready
  3. Enter order total (auto-filled) or custom amount for partial payment
  4. Customer inserts, taps, or swipes card on Stripe Terminal reader
  5. System processes payment through Stripe Terminal API
  6. Receipt prints automatically from Stripe Terminal
  7. Transaction is recorded with card payment details
  • Chip Cards: Insert chip cards - EMV compliant processing
  • Contactless/Tap: Tap-enabled cards and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Magnetic Stripe: Swipe fallback for older cards
  • Security: All card data is encrypted and never stored locally
  • PCI Compliance: Stripe handles all PCI requirements

Stripe Terminal Setup: Requires Stripe account and Terminal reader hardware. Connect reader to POS device via Bluetooth or USB. Terminal automatically prints receipts after successful payment. Payment intent is created server-side for security.
