Exporting Results

Export your scanned cards to CSV, send to inventory, or save for later use.

Export to CSV


Save your scan results as a CSV file:

  1. Review your scanned cards for accuracy
  2. Click the "Export" button
  3. Select "Export to CSV"
  4. Choose which fields to include
  5. Click "Download CSV"
  6. File downloads to your computer

CSV Format


Exported CSV includes:

  • Card Name: Name of the scanned card
  • Set: Set or expansion
  • Set Code: Abbreviated set code
  • Condition: Card condition (NM, LP, MP, HP, DM)
  • Language: Card language
  • Foil/Printing: Foil or non-foil
  • Quantity: Number of copies
  • Price: Current market price
  • Total Value: Price × Quantity
  • Image Path: Reference to uploaded image

Send to Inventory


Add scanned cards directly to inventory:

  1. Review cards to ensure accuracy
  2. Click "Send to Inventory"
  3. Choose to add to existing or create new entries
  4. Select inventory location (if using multiple)
  5. Set default pricing (optional)
  6. Click "Confirm"
  7. Cards are added to your inventory

Save Scanning Session


Save your scan session to continue later:

  • Auto-Save: Sessions automatically save as you process
  • Manual Save: Click "Save Session" to save manually
  • Session Name: Give session a descriptive name
  • Load Session: Access saved sessions from history
  • Resume Processing: Continue from where you left off

Batch Export Options


Customize your export settings:

  • Include Images: Attach processed images to export
  • Group by Set: Organize cards by set
  • Sort Order: Choose sorting method (name, price, set)
  • Include Totals: Add summary totals
  • Confidence Filter: Only export high-confidence matches
