Getting Started

Access file upload scanning, understand the interface, and prepare images for scanning.


To access File Upload scanning:

  1. Navigate to /scanner/scan in your SortSwift account
  2. The page displays a drag-and-drop upload area
  3. Prepare card images (JPG, PNG, or other image formats)
  4. Upload images individually or in batches
  5. Images are queued for scanning automatically

Interface Overview

The File Upload interface includes:

  • Upload Area: Drag-and-drop zone for image files
  • Queue Panel: List of uploaded images waiting to be scanned
  • Scanned Cards: Grid view of successfully scanned cards
  • Card Preview: Detailed view of selected card with all information
  • Controls: Start scanning, clear queue, navigation, export
  • Settings Drawer: Scanning options, export settings, game selection
  • Statistics: Scan progress, total value, recognition accuracy

Preparing Images

For best results:

  • Image Quality: Use clear, well-lit images (minimum 800x600 pixels)
  • Card Orientation: Cards should be upright and centered
  • File Formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP supported
  • Background: Plain backgrounds work best (avoid busy backgrounds)
  • Single Cards: One card per image for best recognition
  • Multiple Cards: System can handle multiple cards per image in some cases
