Exporting Results

Export your scanned cards to CSV, send to inventory, or save for later use.

Export to CSV


Save your scan results as a CSV file:

  1. Click the "Export" button in the scanning interface
  2. Select "Export to CSV" from the dropdown menu
  3. Choose which fields to include in the export
  4. Click "Download CSV"
  5. The CSV file downloads to your computer
  6. Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet software

CSV Format


The exported CSV includes the following columns:

  • Card Name: The name of the scanned card
  • Set: The set or expansion the card belongs to
  • Set Code: Abbreviated set code
  • Condition: Card condition (NM, LP, MP, HP, DM)
  • Language: Card language (EN, JP, etc.)
  • Foil/Printing: Whether the card is foil or non-foil
  • Quantity: Number of copies scanned
  • Price: Current market price
  • Total Value: Price × Quantity

Send to Inventory


Add scanned cards directly to your inventory:

  1. Review your scanned cards to ensure accuracy
  2. Click the "Send to Inventory" button
  3. Choose whether to add to existing inventory or create new entries
  4. Select your inventory location (if using multiple locations)
  5. Set default pricing (optional)
  6. Click "Confirm" to add cards to inventory
  7. Cards are immediately available in your inventory system

Save Scanning Session


Save your scan session to continue later:

  • Auto-Save: Sessions are automatically saved as you scan
  • Manual Save: Click "Save Session" to manually save your progress
  • Session Name: Give your session a descriptive name
  • Load Session: Access saved sessions from the session history
  • Resume Scanning: Continue scanning from where you left off

Export Options


Customize your export settings:

  • Include Images: Option to include card images in exports
  • Group by Set: Organize cards by set in the export
  • Sort Order: Choose how cards are sorted (name, price, set, etc.)
  • Include Totals: Add summary totals at the end of the export
  • Currency Format: Choose currency display format
