Getting Started
Access live camera scanning, understand the interface, and set up your webcam for scanning.
To access Live Camera scanning:
- Navigate to /scanner/scan-webcam in your SortSwift account
- Grant camera permissions when prompted by your browser
- The webcam feed appears in the main scanning area
- Position cards in front of the camera
- Cards are automatically detected and scanned
Interface Overview
The Live Camera interface includes:
- Webcam Preview: Live camera feed showing card positioning
- Scanned Cards Panel: List of successfully scanned cards
- Card Preview: Large preview of the currently selected card
- Controls: Start/stop scanning, clear queue, navigation buttons
- Settings: Camera settings, scanning options, export settings
- Statistics: Scan count, total value, recognition statistics
Scanner Balance
Before scanning, check your scanner balance:
- Balance shown in the top navigation bar
- Each scan consumes one scan credit
- Balance resets based on your subscription plan
- Rollover scans may be available from previous periods
- Top up credits if needed via the wallet dropdown
