After Account Verification

Once your email is verified:

1. Sign in to your account at /auth/sign-in
2. You'll be redirected to the dashboard at /
3. Overview dashboard shows your account status
4. Navigate using the sidebar menu

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

Configure your account profile:

1. Navigate to Profile page (access via user menu or directly)
2. Update display name and store name
3. Update email and contact information
4. Upload store logo (used across buylist portal, kiosk, receipts)
5. Set your preferred currency
6. Save your profile changes

Step 2: Choose a Subscription Plan

Select a subscription plan that fits your needs:

1. Navigate to /billing/subscribe
2. Review plans: Entry (500 scans), Starter (1K–2.2K), Online (5K), Core (10K–20K), Core Max (unlimited)
3. Unused scans roll over to the next month; scans reset on the 1st UTC
4. Billing is managed via Stripe
5. Select plan and complete payment

Step 3: Explore the Dashboard

Familiarize yourself with the overview dashboard:

• Personal stats: Remaining scans, rollover scans
• Sales overview: Last 7 days revenue, items sold, platform breakdown (Shopify, eBay, CardTrader, ManaPool, etc.)
• Active jobs queue: Inventory sync, pricing, metafield pushes
• Catalog changelog: New card releases, upcoming sets
• Sync status overview: Status of all connected platforms
• Expired integration warnings: Alerts when integrations need attention

After completing basic setup, explore these features:

• Scanning: Start scanning cards using Live Camera, File Upload, or Simple Sifter
• Inventory: Import or add inventory, view and manage stock
• CSV Suite: Use CSV tools for editing, re pricing, merging, and more

• POS: Set up point of sale for in-store transactions
